Tech To-Go

Using some of OSUIT's Tech To-Go? Check here for operating instructions, checkout policies and more!

So, you want to try some of our cool tech gear? Awesome! We have a few things you'll need to do and remember.

  1. Technology Statement of Responsibility- Before checking out any gear you will need to sign the Technology Statement of Responsibility. Each student will need to have this waiver on file, and a new copy must be signed each year, or anytime there is a change in the policy.
  2. Student ID - You must have your OSUIT Student ID with you to check out any Tech Gear.
  3. Checkout Slip - You will also be asked to sign a checkout slip, verifying that you know when the gear needs to be returned to the library.

  • I understand Tech To-Go is my responsibility while it is checked out to me. I will take all reasonable precautions to protect it. If others use it while it is checked out to me and damage or loss occurs, I understand I will be held liable for any loss, damage, or criminal acts.
  • I agree I will be responsible for repair or replacement of the equipment and any accessories due to any loss, damage or theft.
  • I understand I must have a university issued ID to check out Tech To-Go and must present this card before every checkout without exception.
  • I understand it is my responsibility to make arrangements with Oklahoma State University Institute of Technology (OSUIT) to pay any and all charges incurred as a result of improper use, loss or theft of the equipment. Failure to do so may result in an inability to register for classes or receive my diploma or transcripts.
  • I understand if the equipment is stolen I must notify Library personnel immediately and file a theft report with the OSUIT Campus Police.
  • I understand Tech To-Go is a privilege and borrowing rights are subject to change at the library director’s discretion.
